Shipping and Preparation of Your Package
Due to our high sales volumes, our delivery times are 5 to 7 business days after receiving payment.
You will receive email notifications throughout the process of preparing and shipping your packages, along with a link to track them online.
Shipping Costs
We use DHL international for our shipments. Once the package arrives in its destination country, it may be handled by another carrier, in agreement with DHL.
- Shipping costs are waived for purchases over 150 euros.
- We deliver only in Europe, to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.
- We do not accept any in-person sales or pickups.
- Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping fees.
Refund Procedures
If, unfortunately, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will ask you to return the package at your expense before initiating the refund process.
All explanations about the procedure to follow will be communicated during our exchanges.
The refund will be made via bank transfer, and an IBAN will be requested from you.
Please allow approximately two business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account after receiving your self-shipped order.
