Operation Important: Always cut only a single layer of material. Please remove hard materials from your cut material. The easier you can cut with the machine, the better it is for the machine. This will protect the rollers and you will enjoy your StartUp machine for longer. Cutting multiple layers at the same time leads to spreading apart and clogging of the rollers. This results in excessive force on the crank and gears. This can damage the machine and void the warranty. If too much cut material is in the gaps between the rollers, you must readjust the combs on the bottom of the StartUp machine. To do this, loosen the screws and push the combs as far as possible into the rollers. This will remove the cut material from the rollers. The combs are wear parts and can be reordered in our shop. To maintain the machine, simply add a few drops of machine oil to the moving parts.
